MyPAI
MyPAI is a personal operational-risk service. It reads your Gmail and Google Calendar, read-only, finds the commitments in them — things you have to reply to, attend, pay or do — and shows you the ones that may need your attention.
Private beta. MyPAI is not open to new accounts yet. Only accounts that have been given access can sign in; for any other account nothing from that account is stored in MyPAI's database.
What MyPAI does
- With your permission, it reads your Gmail and Google Calendar through Google sign-in. The permissions are read-only.
- It reads your messages in memory and looks for commitments such as a reply you owe, a booking or a payment. It does not store message bodies, attachments or snippets and does not keep a copy of your mailbox.
- Software rules we wrote decide what to show you. An AI model does not, and MyPAI sends your data to no AI model and trains none.
- It shows you the items that may need your attention and remembers which ones you have marked as handled.
What MyPAI does not do
- It never sends, edits, deletes or moves any of your email or calendar items.
- It does not give an "all clear". MyPAI can miss things, and a calm message from it, such as saying that it cannot confirm full coverage, is not the same as telling you that nothing needs your attention.
- It does not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with advertisers, data brokers or AI companies.
Your data
You can remove MyPAI's access in your Google Account settings at any time, and ask us to delete your records (how to manage or delete your data today). Read how MyPAI collects, stores and shares your information in the Privacy Policy and, in plain language, on the Data & Security page.
MyPAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
